Wideblue Starts SBRI Medicines Adherence Project

Wideblue have been chosen as the product development subcontractor in the recent SBRI Healthcare NHS England competition. The contract was awarded in October 2014 and seeks to develop an innovative new medical device aimed at improving medicines adherence.

The project is an SBRI phase 1 project and aims to show the technical feasibility of this innovative concept within six months. The SBRI competition challenge was to develop innovative products to get the right information to the right people at the right time, overcome physical, cultural, language and mental barriers, minimise errors and wastage in prescribing & dispensing, risk stratification in medicines adherence and eliminate risks at system interface.
