Our Approach:

Wideblue used its product design and engineering expertise to develop a complex system combining fluid handling with digital image capture and analysis. The resulting product embodies Biopta’s patented technology in a self-automated system supported by Wideblue’s custom PC application software.

Within the project, Wideblue led the development of:

  • The fluid handling system
  • Optical design of imaging system
  • Electronics and flow control firmware
  • Industrial design and human factors

Our Solution:

The product is now being sold for use in preclinical drug development programmes.
